Join EDC's Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) group under the leadership of the Chief Information Officer to empower customers and colleagues through secure digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day platform configuration, maintenance, and support.
Lead deployment of features and ServiceNow releases.
Act as support administrator to corporate IT/Operations.
Lead code-review sessions and ensure code quality aligns with requirements.
Monitor production and user testing support to troubleshoot problems.
Coordinate with third-party support consultants.
Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize products and services.
Contribute to managing platform upgrades, data maintenance, and migrations.
Create technical and process documentation.
Participate in agile team goals and expand technical capabilities.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
4 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
Assets:
Experience in Agile release planning.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow components and modules.
Proficiency in system integration and scripting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Salary Range:
Salary range: $92,355 - $123,140 plus performance-based incentive.
Location:
Hybrid work environment with relocation assistance available.
