L'organisation possède un espace d'atelier de 35 000 pieds carré et un système de gestion (ERP).
Relevant du chef de service production, le Planificateur(rice) de production travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le chef d'équipe production ainsi que le chef des approvisionnements.
Responsabilités :
Planification de la production;
Responsable du plan de production et d'entrepôt ainsi que de l'établissement des livrables de la production et de l'entrepôt aux différents projets;
Implication dans l'harmonisation et l'avancement des projets;
Créer et modifier les ordres de fabrication dans l'ERP;
Lancer les besoins d'achats à l'approvisionnement;
Préparer et passer en revue les ordres de fabrication avec le chef d'équipe de la production pour établir le calendrier d'exécution de travail court terme;
Analyser les dates de livraison du matériel;
Ajuster et/ou confirmer l'échéancier de production.
Consommation du matériel et fermeture des ordres de fabrication;
Responsable du plan d'établissement du plancher de production;
Analyser la capacité en ressource humaine du groupe de production en fonction des projets en cours et futur;
Apporter des suggestions et méthodologies à la planification globale de l'entreprise;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes que celles non assignées (analyse de données, implication dans des projets d'amélioration continu, etc);
Planification de l'approvisionnement;
Planifier le plan d'achat en fonction du plan de production;
Création et suivis des commandes en priorisant les enjeux de production;
Planifier et organiser les besoins en inventaire conjointement avec l'équipe d'approvisionnement;
Valider que les quantités minimum et maximum pour une durée donnée sont adéquates en fonction de notre consommation d'inventaire ;
Planifier et établir les priorités de la réception de la marchandise;
Participer au bon fonctionnement de l'inventaire physique;
Qualifications / Exigences :
3-5 ans dans un poste similaire;
AEC en gestion de l'approvisionnement et planification de la production;
Très bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais ;
Maitrise de la suite office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ;
Expérience avec un logiciel de gestion intégré (ERP) ;
Minutie, versatilité, travail d'équipe et grande capacité de concentration ;
Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer de façon écrite et verbale ;
Autonomie, esprit d'analyse et capacité de gérer les délais serrés ;
ATOUT
Expérience dans un milieu manufacturier ;

Connaissance du logiciel Infor Syteline ;
