Vos missions
En tant que Directeur(trice) en Certification et Services Conseils, vous aurez un rôle clé dans la direction de notre équipe de certification. Vos responsabilités incluront :
Leadership d'équipe (20%) :
Diriger, motiver et inspirer une équipe dédiée à la certification, en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et axé sur les résultats.
Conseil stratégique (20%) :
Fournir des conseils stratégiques à nos clients pour les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs d'affaires tout en respectant les normes de certification les plus élevées.
Gestion de projet (40%) :
Superviser la planification et l'exécution de projets de certification tout au long de l'année, en veillant à ce que les délais soient respectés et que les objectifs soient atteints avec succès.
Coordination interne et externe (20%) :
Assurer une coordination efficace entre les équipes internes, les clients et les parties prenantes externes, afin de garantir une communication fluide et un alignement des efforts.

Qualification professionnelle :
Titre professionnel en comptabilité (CPA) avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience en certification dans un cabinet comptable.
Compétences en gestion :
Expérience avérée en gestion d'équipe et de projet, avec une capacité démontrée à inspirer et motiver les autres dans l'atteinte de l'excellence.
Compétences en communication :
Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion de la relation client, avec une forte orientation client.
Adaptabilité :
Capacité à s'adapter rapidement à un environnement en évolution rapide et à prendre des décisions éclairées dans des situations complexes.
