Responsabilités
Dans le rôle de conseiller en acquisition de talents, vous réaliserez le cycle complet de recrutement pour plusieurs clients. Voici un aperçu de vos responsabilités :
Agir à titre d'expert auprès des gestionnaires de nos entreprises clientes dans les diverses étapes du processus de recrutement
Établir des stratégies d'affichage et de recherche avec l'aide de notre département marketing
Accompagner nos clients et les conseiller pour optimiser les étapes de leur processus de recrutement interne

Compétences et expériences professionnelles :
Détenir un diplôme universitaire dans un domaine jugé pertinent
Détenir plus de 3 ans d'expérience en recrutement
Avoir une facilité à utiliser différents systèmes informatiques (habileté à utiliser la suite Office, utiliser un CRM (atout), etc.)
Avoir une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (atout)
Qualités humaines :
Passion pour les ressources humaines
Habiletés relationnelles et communicationnelles très développées
Aisance avec la gestion de la relation client
Aimer le travail d'équipe, car c'est ce qui fait la force de notre organisation!
