Nous recherchons activement un chef de service - Répartition qui sera responsable de superviser l'équipe de la répartition, notamment en appuyant le superviseur à la répartition quant à la gestion de l'équipe des répartiteurs.
Le titulaire du poste veillera à effectuer une planification de main-d'œuvre et de la flotte permettant de répondre à nos besoins opérationnels.
Il sera également responsable de l'efficacité des opérations et de l'optimisation de la gestion de la flotte.

Assurer la gestion et la conformité des pratiques de la flotte.
Assurer la qualité du service opérationnel et le suivi de la conformité de la flotte.
Appuyer le superviseur des répartiteurs dans la planification de la main-d'œuvre et de la flotte.
Appuyer les directeurs des opérations et créer des liens avec les différentes unités d'affaires de l'entreprise.
Veiller au développement des compétences de son équipe.
Contrôler les coûts reliés aux opérations de la répartition.
S'assurer de l'optimisation de l'efficacité du département à la répartition.
Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe DRI afin de développer des formulaires électroniques, rapports de performance, tableaux de suivi de performance, etc.
Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance pour assurer l'atteinte des objectifs et des processus d'amélioration continue pour l'équipe des répartiteurs.
Participer et apporter son soutien aux activités prévues au système de gestion de la santé, sécurité et environnement.
NOTRE COLLÈGUE IDÉAL POSSÈDE :
Diplôme d'études universitaires en administration ou tout autre domaine pertinent Minimum de cinq ans d'expérience professionnelle en gestion et supervision Connaissance du domaine maritime (un atout) Connaissance de Word (avancé), Excel (avancé), PowerPoint (intermédiaire) Habileté pour trouver des solutions innovantes Aptitudes pour la prise de décisions rapides et éclairées Excellentes habiletés en communication Langues :
niveau avancé en français et en anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
