Relevant de la directrice du transport et du directeur de l'entrepôt, le titulaire du poste assurera le service de livraison et/ou de cueillette des commandes. Il veillera au déchargement de son camion et au bon état de la marchandise au moment de la livraison ainsi qu'au respect des conditions de livraison.
SALAIRE : 26,57$-29,57$/h //QptuFq1bo5cResponsabilités
Inspecte quotidiennement le camion de livraison selon les différents points de contrôle requis par son supérieur avant de faire les livraisons de commandes. Complète les informations et remet le rapport dûment rempli au superviseur;
S'assure de respecter les conditions de paiement des livraisons inscrites sur la facture (ex. : ramasser chèque, C.O.D., etc.) et recueille l'argent ou les chèques requis;
Effectue la livraison des commandes assignées. S'assure que la marchandise livrée est en bonne condition, sinon, récupère la marchandise et informe le client de la marche à suivre et des modalités de retour;
Ramasse les commandes chez les différents fournisseurs;
Décharge son camion de la marchandise retournée et de celle ramassée chez les fournisseurs;
Effectue une 2e route de livraison, lorsque nécessaire;
Complète les différents rapports de gestion à la fin de chaque journée (rapport de retours, encaissement de la livraison, etc.) et les remet au Commis administration;
Aide au chargement des commandes en cas de besoin.
