DTL-Misys Informatique et son équipe dynamique sont à la recherche d'un(e) Chargé de projet senior, spécialisé en infrastructures technologiques pour un mandat chez un client (Télé-travail possible).
Sous la supervision du directeur des technologies de l'information du client, le Chargé de projet senior, spécialisé en infrastructures technologiques aura plusieurs défis afin de répondre aux besoins du client, qui incluent :
Tâches
S'assurer de la compréhension des objectifs et des échéanciers du projet; Identifier en collaboration avec les chefs de projets ou les chefs d'équipes, les besoins quant aux ressources humaines, matérielles, financières et informationnelles nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des équipes;
Contribuer à la réalisation du manuel d'organisation de projet (MOP), du bilan de projet, du plan global et de tout autre bien livrable stratégique, en collaboration avec les chefs de projet;
Réaliser le bilan de projet et la fiche afférente;
Accompagner les chefs de projets sur des stratégies de mise en œuvre des processus de gestion de projet et de gestion de portefeuille de projets, notamment en matière de planification, de contrôle de l'avancement, du budget et du plan global;
Valider les mises à jour des données dans MS-Project (RAF, échéanciers, approbation feuille de temps, demandes de changement, etc.);
Planifier, diriger, contrôler et suivre l'ensemble des activités du projet; Participer et coordonner les activités de la gestion du changement;
Diffuser les orientations et les décisions prises par les différents comités de projet; Planifier et participer à des comités de projet (directeur et de suivi);
Assurer une communication efficace entre tous les intervenants du projet;
Produire, valider et assurer le suivi et la qualité des biens livrables sous leur responsabilité;
Mettre à jour les registres de projet (points de suivis, points en suspens, demandes de changement et risques);
Analyser les indicateurs de performance (tableau de bord);
Préparer et présenter au comité directeur de projet, des documents nécessaires à la reddition de comptes (ex.: revue de projet);
Produire la planification et la reddition de comptes du portefeuille (ex. : plans maîtres, tableaux de bord) et participer à l'évaluation de la performance;
S'assurer du respect de la portée des coûts et des échéanciers convenus; Suivre l'évolution du registre des biens livrables;
Superviser les acquisitions;
Organiser, préparer et animer des rencontres de travail avec les intervenants identifiés;
Préparer des présentations exécutives relatives aux diverses demandes des chefs de projets;
Consolider les informations recueillies au cours des diverses rencontres et produire les comptes-rendus;
Prévoir les essais et valider à l'aide de groupes pilotes;
Coordonner les activités qui permettront d'assurer le passage en mode services;
Assurer le transfert des connaissances aux ressources désignées;
Pendre en charge toutes autres travaux relevant d'un chargé de projet.

Possèder une certification ITIL.

Expérience exigée:
10 années d'expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l'information, dont huit années à titre de chargé de projet dans des domaines de mise en œuvre d'infrastructures technologiques.
Expérience de 3 projets de mise en œuvre technologique de 1 000 j-p chacun pour lesquels la ressource a agi à titre de chargé de proj
La ressource doit avoir réalisé un minimum de 150 j-p par projet et a réalisé la coordination des équipes multidisciplinaires.
2 années à titre de chargé de projets dans des organisations de plus de 1000 employés.
2 années d'expérience dans la saisie et le suivi d'une planification avec l'outil MS-Project
Avoir réalisé 2 mandats ou projets dans un ou des domaines suivants: Plate-forme localea) Système de gestion de base de données (SGBD - Oracle ou SQL) Environnement infonuagique, Stockage, Sécurité informatique, Réseautique, Prestation électronique de servicc).

Sous la supervision du directeur des technologies de l'information du client, le Chargé de projet senior, spécialisé en infrastructures technologiques aura plusieurs défis afin de répondre aux besoins du client, qui incluent :
Tâches
