Sous la supervision de la direction générale, la personne assure la liaison interne et externe et veille au bon fonctionnement et à l'efficacité des activités de la direction. Tout en assurant une image de marque de l'organisme dans les relations avec les partenaires et les membres, la ou le titulaire du poste apporte un appui dans la gestion concrète des éléments opérationnels et comptables de la direction et est responsable du suivi rigoureux des différents dossiers, dont certains plus stratégiques.
L'horaire de travail est du lundi au vendredi entre 8h00 et 16h30.
RESPONSABILITÉS
Répondre aux demandes par téléphone, en personne, via le courrier et transmettre les appels de clients aux bonnes personnes
Fournir du soutien au personnel
Épauler l'équipe des ventes
Accueillir les visiteurs et les clients
Recueillir, vérifier et traiter diverses données
Toute autre tâche administrative requise
PRÉREQUIS :
Une formation post-secondaire dans une discipline liée à l'emploi(bureautique,secrétariat)
3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente
Maîtrise du français indispensable et de l'anglais (atout)
Une très bonne connaissance de MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
