• LI-SM1 Responsabilités du poste Le titulaire est responsable de la coordination et de l'exécution de tous les aspects des projets sous sa responsabilité, des relations avec les parties prenantes de GD-OTS et des relations avec tous les fournisseurs impliqués dans les projets.
De plus dans le déploiement de ses projets, il (elle) doit atteindre les objectifs tactiques et de performance en gérant les risques et les opportunités.
• Responsable de la gestion des projets spéciaux et modernisation sous sa responsabilité dans les détails pour s'assurer du bon déroulement des projets et de rencontrer les objectifs;
• Évalue les risques de projets, leurs impacts et les plans de contingences.
S'assure que les plans de contingences sont mis en place et exécutés;
• Responsable de présenter à la direction l'avancement des projets, incluant les aspects techniques, financiers, qualité, échéancier, risques et opportunités;
• Responsable de la communication avec les clients internes pour assurer le maintien de ressources adéquates, de tenir compte des besoins de GD-OTS Canada et d'assurer une cohésion de ces communications avec les différentes fonctions de GD-OTS Canada;
• Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs de services pour les projets, incluant les firmes d'ingénierie, les contracteurs en construction et autres.
S'assure d'établir des relations d'affaires et des stratégies avec le secteur d'approvisionnement pour l'exécution des projets sous sa responsabilité;
• Établi selon l'envergure du projet, les besoins en ressources (financières et humaines) pour les différentes phases, en débutant avec la soumission;
• Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les approvisionnements concernant la gestion des fournisseurs impliqués dans les projets sous sa responsabilité.
Évalue les risques soulevés par les différents secteurs et approuve les offres;
• Procède, dans un contexte d'organisation matricielle, au déploiement des activités requises pour l'exécution des projets;
• Coordonne les activités de l'équipe pour rencontrer les requis techniques et qualité, les cédules de livraison, les paramètres financiers établis et autres exigences des projets;
• Identifie et évalue les risques (financiers, performance et livraison) associés aux activités du programme et déploie un plan de mitigation;
• Fait un suivi financier des projets sous sa responsabilité.
Présente des rapports mensuels sur l'avancement des travaux en cours, les risques et les opportunités.
• Exécute toutes autres tâches connexes.
Exigences du poste - Baccalauréat en génie;
• 10 à 15 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets de grande envergure d'infrastructure (bâtiments)/construction;
• Bilinguisme (français-anglais) parlé et écrit est essentiel.
La connaissance de l'anglais est requise, les parties prenantes internes, nos clients externes, nos fournisseurs, et nos prestataires de services interagissent principalement dans cette langue avec nous.
