Coordonnateur(trice) - Centre Médical Spécialisé

Ce poste vous permettra de contribuer au développement de l'entreprise, qui chapeaute plus de 12 marques et 70 cliniques au Canada et aux États-Unis.
Vous aurez le vent dans les voiles pour accomplir vos tâches en équipe dans un milieu décontracté tout en profitant d'une formule de télétravail adaptée à chacun de nos employés.

- Vous supportez la directrice des Centres Médicaux Spécialisés (CMS) dans le développement et la mise en place des nouveaux centres.
- Vous participez au recrutement d'employés.
- Vous planifiez, organisez et participez à la formation des nouveaux employés.
- Vous assurez le support au maintien des SOPES en vigueur dans les CMS.
- Vous faites des validations et audits.
- Vous maintenez à jour les projets de développement continue des employés de CMS.
- Vous supportez les directeurs de centre dans le maintien des dossiers d'accréditation et dans toutes questions relatives aux protocoles et processus des blocs opératoires et MDR.
- Vous supportez les directeurs de centre dans la résolution de problèmes au niveau de la gestion des inventaires, des commandes, des équipements et dans le maintien de l'excellence pour le service aux patients.
- Vous êtes à l'affût des opportunités d'améliorations et proposer des idées novatrices.
- Vous planifiez, organisez et participez à des réunions avec des médecins ou membres du CISSS selon les besoins.
- Vous pourriez être amener à participer à différents projets au niveau national et/ou accréditation.
