ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth.We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.
The Senior Project Manager, Telephony/ Infrastructure - CONTRACT will be responsible for leading and managing a Telephony project.
You Will:
ØDevelop and then manage the project plan
ØWork with the IT organization - e.g. the development and architecture groups
ØLiaise with and manage vendors
ØSetup and manage the required environments - e.g. development, test, production
Requirements:
Ø10+years project management experience including Telephony expertise
ØStrong technology/ infrastructure background
ØWide understanding of insurance and bank functions (potentially including retail and commercial banking, risk, treasury, capital markets, wealth management, support functions)
ØSolid application development/ delivery experience
ØHigh-level conceptual thinking and a solid understanding of business models, especially functional or process models
ØQuick learner - e.g., able to quickly understand an application's high-level functionality
ØSolid documentation skills
ØExcellent interviewing skills, especially with senior management
ØGood communication skills (written and verbal)
ØAbility to work independently to accomplish tasks assigned
ØExperience following structured methodologies and frameworks
ØAbility to speak French is a strong asset
