They will also be responsible for recommending software solutions and collaborating with the team in deployment.
Additionally, they will be involved in testing and delivering features according to established parameters and ensuring their maintenance.
The mandates are diverse, and candidates will be involved in collaborating on product development, analysis reports, data management, and creating models to support operations.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Evaluate and recommend functional solutions that meet the company's needs
- Contribute to the deployment and improvement of our new tools
- Develop and implement performance indicators and visual dashboards to aid in the company's decision-making process
- Develop reports and analysis tools
- Perform programming in SQL Server
- Provide coaching and training to end users
- Participate in special tasks and projects as needed
- Participate in the continuous training process
Requirements
- University degree in information technology or a related field
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA programming languages
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills both orally and in writing
- Bilingual (English and French) in both oral and written communication
- Professional customer-oriented approach
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Strong team spirit, initiative, and independence
- Enjoy teamwork with a high level of collaboration
- Change management skills
- Knowledge of Python (an asset)
- Knowledge of Power BI (an asset)
