Entrepreneur Général, évoluant depuis bientôt 25 ans dans le secteur de la construction à travers des projets résidentiels, recherche actuellement un nouveau Coordonnateur de projets pour rejoindre une équipe stable et polyvalente.
Les projets vont de 15 M$ à 50 M$ aussi bien à Montréal que dans les régions, reconnu pour leurs valeurs et ses projets de qualités en passant par des projets résidentiels ou institutionnels. Avec de beaux projets neufs sur cette nouvelle année, notre client recherche présentement un Coordonnateur de projets.
Description de poste
En tant que Coordonnateur de projets en construction à Montréal, vous serez rattaché au chargé de projets et vous aurez pour mission :
- Apporter un support aux chargés de projets
- Exécuter les demandes, les suivis et les analyses des soumissions pour les bons de commande à octroyer
- Assister le chargé de projets lors des réunions de chantier
- Assister le chargé de projets pour les coordinations techniques
- Assister le surintendant de chantier avec la coordination et le suivi du chantier au besoin
- Participer à la gestion des demandes de changement
- Faire la liste des dessins d'atelier et fiches technique à demander
- Faire le suivi des dessins d'atelier
- Participer à l'analyse des rapports des coûts et faire le suivi des coûts à venir
