A great communicator, and works alongside other evening and night personnel to assist in the safety and comfort of our guests over the nighttime hoursIn addition to working as a night auditor, you will also work some front desk shifts during the dayProcess telephone callsProcess group arrivals and departuresRegister arriving guests and assign roomsProcess guests' departures, calculate charges and receive paymentTake, cancel, and change room reservationsResolve guest complaints and refer to Supervisor as requiredContact night security and on-call maintenance to report unusual occurrences; provide follow up report to Hotel ManagerBalance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related formsProvide information on hotel facilities and services, and local points of interestArrange services required for guests with special needsLearn the Emergency Response Manual thoroughlyPerform related Front Desk duties as directed by SupervisorWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?:
