About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Support Specialist to join our client team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in Canada.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design, with hands-on experience using Autodesk Inventor and a proven track record in customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to support requests through various channels, adhering to documented processes and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Document all support interactions in a comprehensive case management system.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff as necessary.
Research, verify, and document product defects.
Manage a personal backlog of support requests efficiently.
Keep customers and partners informed with timely updates on progress.
Create technical help articles based on resolutions identified during troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of industry experience.
Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor.
Experience with CAM workflows (optional).
Experience with HSM tools (optional).
Exceptional customer service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
