Jardeg is currently recruiting Pipefittersfor Woodland Constsructors Ltd. at the K+S Site

As a Journeyperson Pipefitter You Will

Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and specifications to determine layout requirements;
Measure, cut, and thread pipe using hand and power tools;
Assist welders with prepping, and aligning concrete lined, Carbon steel and stainless steel pipe joints
Layout and install supports, valves, piping and control systems;
Test system for leaks using testing equipment;
Rig and place pipe spools using hand rigging equipment, zoom boom and crane.
Involved in working with power tools and heavy equipment.

Requirements

CSTS 2020 or SCOT
Fall Protection (OSSA Preferred)
Confined Space (OSSA Preferred)
Elevated Work Platform (OSSA Preferred)
General Mine Safety Awareness (If Requred this certification will be paid for)
Journeyperson certificate or be a registered Apprentice
Must be able to clear a pre-access Drug and Alchol Test
Must be Clean Shaven
Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Satisfactory completion of Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
