Facility Equipment Cleaner - Night Shift Tuesday, May 7, 2024
EQUIPMENT CLEANER
Location:

Full-time - Permanent
Reporting:
Shift:
11:00pm to 7:30am (Mid-Nights) Sunday to Thursday
Responsibilities
In the position of Equipment Cleaner your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Assist with the daily preventative check lists
Record all conditions of equipment following the Preventative maintenance program
Cleaning maintenance of Conveyor systems, Sort screens, Optical sorters, Baling equipment, and assist running repairs on all MRF & Transfer equipment.
General cleaning & repairs to facility as required
Assist with trouble shoot and diagnosing MRF equipment breakdowns
Requirements
Must be a good team player.
Obtain Valid G license with clean record.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational skills.
Previous experience working with machine and equipment maintenance is an asset.
Ability to read, interpret and follow all Miller Waste Safety policies & procedures (i.e., Lock out/tag out procedures).
Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime as required.
