We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Specialist to join a progressive organization:
Specialized Knowledge and Experience
1.
Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with implementing, operating and fine-tuning data leakage prevention (DLP) programs and solutions.
Experience in Microsoft DLP and rights management is a must.
Experience in other DLP solutions is preferred.
Performing user behavior analytics (UBA) by correlating security information from various log sources to predict data leakage is a plus.
2.
Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with implementing, operating and fine-tuning vulnerability management programs and solutions.
Experience in Rapid 7 IVM and CrowdStrike FEM is preferred.
3.
Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with implementing and operating encryption techniques such as transparent data encryption (TDE).
Experience in Thales Ciphertrust and MS SQL native TDE is a must.
Experience in public key infrastructure (PKI) platforms like Microsoft PKI, Entrust PKI, and Post Quantum Cryptography is preferred.
4.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in writing security documentation like policies, standards, guidelines, and operational procedures.
5.
Demonstrated knowledge of application security programs, tools, and techniques.
6.
Demonstrated knowledge of cloud security for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
7.
Demonstrated knowledge of cyber security domains, latest industry trends and best practices (i.e., NIST, CIS Top 18, OWASP Top 10, PCI DSS, ISO 27001), common vulnerabilities, threats and attacks targeting people and technology.
8.
Demonstrated knowledge of risk management concepts and methods used for assessing and managing cyber security risks.

Strong project management and leadership skills.
4.
Ability to analyze and synthesize information, perform correlation and analytics, generate KRIs and KPIs, prepare executive reports supported by facts and data.

Ability to automate operational tasks to achieve efficiency.
Additional duties may include:
1.
Performing in-depth risk analysis for new applications, solutions, systems, services, vendors.
2.
Providing proactive risk mitigation advice while considering cyber security best practices, corporate guidelines and directives, latest threat landscape, and operational sustainability.
3.
Leading and managing multiple projects for establishing new cyber security capabilities while balancing various aspects of the projects such as - budget, stakeholder, change and vendor management, communications and reporting.
