We are seeking a talented Analytics Consultant to join our team and collaborate with leading digital businesses to design and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in core analytics, with strong technical skills and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the analytics teams of digital businesses to develop and implement analytics solutions for a variety of business challenges spanning product, marketing, and customer insights.
• Utilize a hypothesis-driven approach to structure and analyze major business and customer questions, translating business objectives into actionable analysis.
• Own the end-to-end analytics process, from data wrangling and analysis to presenting findings in writing and presentation formats.
• Create insightful automated dashboards and data visualizations to track key business metrics and communicate complex analytics to a broader audience.
• Act as both an execution and thought partner to clients, providing strategic guidance and getting involved in the minutiae of data analysis and problem-solving.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-8 years of experience in core analytics, with a strong foundation in SQL, forecasting, and data science/machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in R/Python programming, scripting, automation, and visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and its implications in a clear, concise manner.
• Strong research and analytical mindset, coupled with extreme attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable, with a "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders effectively.
