In this role, you will join a dedicated team focused on driving digital delivery portfolio that aligns with the company's strategic vision for systems, data, and automation.As part of this team you will play a crucial role in implementing and enhancing the company's ERP systems and related solutions to optimize operations.Some of the key responsibilities include:
Lead IT Transformation Projects:
Manage key IT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they meet business objectives.Bridge Business and IT:
Serve as the go-to person for aligning business processes with IT solutions.Gather and Document Requirements:
Work with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.Translate Requirements into System Designs:
Develop conceptual designs that meet business requirements.Support Implementation and Testing:
Collaborate with solution architects and third-party integrators, lead testing efforts, and ensure successful project rollouts.Drive Change Management:
Oversee the transition of new systems and processes into regular business operations.The ideal candidate will have a combination of the below technical skills:
University Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related major.Certification in Business Analysis (such as CBAP, PBA, etc.,).10+ years' experience leading ERP and ancillary technology implementations, preferably in the Manufacturing space.Proficiency in business analysis, including elicitation and management of business requirements.Extensive background in business analysis, and implementing business process modelling and improvement, data modelling, prototyping, and systems integrations.Experience working with different delivery methodologies (i.e., Waterfall, Agile, SAFE), with a focus on agile and iterative value creation in a customer-centricity environment.Expertise with CRM, ERP, MES, Supply Chain, and Financial Systems.Experience with Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance would be an asset.Ability to communicate fluently in French would be an asset but not essential.This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that values innovation and continuous improvement.
