Skills and Responsibilities:
•Person should have good years of experience in Personalization field and understand CDP concepts
•Excellent communication skills
•Understand customer behavior by analyzing Adobe Analytics data
•Connect dots between apps/web pages and generate new requirements for Personalization
•Felicitate requirements, use BRD, FRD, Design documents
•Work with technology team to implement requirements
•Perform A/B testing
•Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA tool, Hands on experience on MS Vision
•Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, HTML/CSS/JS, Personalization, Digital Experiences/Design
