Leon Cycle is an e-bike business that was established in Germany in 2014 and has since developed business operations in over 10 countries across Europe, North America and APAC.
Leon Cycle offers a range of e-bike models from mountain bikes, folding e-bikes, and trekking e-bikes.
Our range of products are sold via both our own online website as well as E-Commerce platforms and via our dealers and our own retail stores worldwide.
We are currently seeking an Ecommerce Manager to be based in our Toronto Headquarter who will be responsible for managing the online platforms and local marketplaces and ensuring achievement of annual targets in terms of revenue and operating expenses.
The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of the online store and complete tasks related to online sales campaigns, digital marketing and sales order operations.
This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to take ownership of the online stores.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility in managing online store P&L with the ability to well control the online operational cost and sales forecast under company's standard.
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platforms
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Coordination with logistics team to make sure 3rd party account performances are met.
- Work closely with demand planning and warehouse teams in order to ensure inventory is available and smooth order fulfilment.
- Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met.
- Providing data analysis and insights on customer shopping trends and identify potential opportunity gaps.
- Initiate and execute online web shop marketing strategy ranging from online campaigns, through Google and Facebook.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reporting.
- Other tasks assigned by the MD
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of ecommerce experience with entrepreneur mentality.
Startup experience is highly regarded. - Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Bestbuy and other 3rd party marketplaces preferred.
- Not afraid of getting your hands dirty.
Experience in building process and operations from scratch. - You can prior experience in a similar role.
Experience with digital marketing is a plus. - You possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
- Experience building online campaigns and sales forecasts
- Data driven and optimization capabilities with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business, and other online advertising platforms.
- Strong customer service, management, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a high-paced environment and work under pressure and changes from time to time.
- Independent worker who can always seek various solutions before presenting problems.
