We are working with a Federal Government client in military industry seeking an Innovation Advisor to join their team on an on-site, 1-year contract:
Roles and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
- Advise and assist management in the sourcing and curation of capability deficiencies.
- Advise and assist management in the exploration and analysis of solutions.
- Advise and assist management in the prioritization of capability deficiencies relative to identified solutions.
- Advise and assist management in the incubation prioritization of management-selected solutions.
- Advise and assist management in the integration of solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Secondary school diploma and Certificate, diploma or degree in a relevant field from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience
- Experience in tracking and coordinating Innovative Solutions in a military environment
- Security Clearance: Top Secret
