What You'll Be Doing

You will join CIBC's Contact Center Technology as a Sr.
Manager - Business Analysis responsible for supporting Contact Center applications.
This role will be reporting to the Director, Business Analysis.
In this role you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of Business Analysts in a fast paced role where the bulk of deliveries are executed within an agile environment.
In this role, you will be expected to manage, plan and prioritize multiple delivery of multiple requirements, work packages concurrently all the while setting expectations with key stakeholders on delivery dates.

How You'll Succeed

• Provide strong leadership - You will lead, motivate and coach a team around 10 Business Analysts.
  You'll create a positive work environment by being an effective role model through championing CIBC's mission, vision, and values.
  You'll lead by directing, motivating, developing and managing the performance of your team, maximizing their contributions and professional growth while sharing knowledge and collaborating to come up with effective solutions to problems, including assigning and manage resources as required to ensure effective project delivery.
  

• Be an agent of change. You will be responsible for presenting recommendations to senior management on process improvements to support including cost benefits and risk analysis.
  You will execute continuous improvement activities, identifying, analyzing and tracking process and control gaps and inefficiencies impacting investigative activities.
  

• Relationship management - You build strong relationships internally and externally.You understand views of various stakeholders and facilitate problem solving to find the best solution for our clients, employees and stakeholders.
  

Who You Are

• You can demonstrate 8+ years' experience in Business Analysis .
  It's an asset if you have knowledge of CIBC EDF artifacts.
