WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experience Master Data Manager to join our Finance team.
This is a full-time, permanent position that will be based out of our head-office located in Liberty Village.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the master data management system in Microsoft D365, including data integration, data modelling and data migration
- Work with IT and Control teams to ensure appropriate system controls and configurations
- Provide expertise and guidance on master data management best practices
- Define and enforce policies and procedures for all aspects of master data management and ensuring SOX compliance
- Responsible for accuracy, completeness and consistency of master data across the organization
- Manage team of 2-4 Master Data Analysts
- Responsible for audit preparation and reviews relating to master data
- Document internal processes and procedures and collaborate with internal departments to ensure awareness and compliance with customer data process changes in compliance with SOX requirements.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- Experience with ERP systems, (MS D365 preferred) and proficiency with Excel and MS Office
- 2+ years experience working as a people manager
- 3+ years of experience working with Master Data
- Team player who can work successfully with multi-functional teams
- University Degree in Accounting, Finance or another relevant field
