Our client, a prominentfinancial institution with a substantial presence in North America, isseeking an experienced Director of Engineering tolead their dynamic team.
Job Summary:
The Director of Engineering can expect to play anactive role in the development and completion of projects, meet andreport back to upper management, plan and monitor work schedules andcash flows, and work with multiple and diverse teams. To be successfulin this role, you should have exceptional leadership, communication,and project management skills, years of management experience, and abelief in developing the skills and talents of others. Idealcandidates will have experience in identifying and navigatingorganizational changes, a keen interest in international trends inengineering and leadership, and above-average emotional intelligence
