• Running food and describing the dish to the guest with great onstage demeanour
• Assisting with back duties - polishing cutlery and plates and completing daily restaurant duties
• Supporting in all phases of service (bread, water, coffee, mis en place) & following our steps of service
• Clearing and setting tables
• Assisting with setups and takedowns
