YOUR MISSION
As a superstar of sponsorship, you will be responsible for the management of daily relations with global and national major accounts and play a key role during the term of the partnership. In a dynamic environment that requires a great deal of autonomy, you will support your colleagues, and report to the Manager, Global Partnerships Activation.
Responsibilities include:
• Developing and maintaining relationships with official partners;
• Managing contractual and non-contractual obligations, including all associated budgeting elements;
• Fulfilling sponsor activation needs inclusive of social and digital media ideation, hospitality, executive requirements, special events, etc
• Foreseeing and recommending initiatives to enhance partnerships;
• Ensuring project plans are delivered on time and on budget by maintaining work back schedules and status reports;
• Managing all partner Marketing visibility asset development, on-site logistics and social media plans;
• Being responsible for communications with internal and external stakeholders;
• Ensuring strong relationships with business units;
• Working closely with Account Coordinators to deliver day-to-day projects;
• Liaising and presenting creative projects to internal teams, and on occasion external clients
• Fostering, developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, contractors, freelancers, etc. as needed
YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, marketing, or a related field;
• A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in the field of sponsorships or marketing, particularly in the management of national and/or global accounts;
• Proven track record developing strategic responses to sponsorship marketing briefs and opportunities from world-class brands - having worked as part of an in-house or traditional agency in an account management or planning role will be highly beneficial;
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in the field of sponsorships;
• A proven track-record of project planning, project management and organization skills;
• Very good judgment and priority management;
• Strong work ethic with the flexibility to navigate change in a fast-paced environment;
• An excellent team spirit, autonomy and proactive approach;
• Great written and verbal communication in French and English;
• Available to travel 10% of the time.
