SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Service clients in a wide range of business law related matters, review and negotiate commercial and transactional contracts including commercial leases, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, financing agreements, etc.
Advise on corporate and commercial legal aspects of and implement business and tax strategies in the context of corporate reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions.
Advise on a variety of business law matters.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Three + years of relevant work experience;
Strong research and writing skills and demonstrated ability to navigate complex business issues;
Self-motivated and can work independently but also values working collaboratively;
Proven effective client and practice management skills;
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, and
Demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset is an asset.
