This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead business development and sales efforts for both Harris-Stolper and DFMZ Group, driving expansion and advancement within these dynamic organizations.

The Vice President of Sales and Marketing, alongside the President, will spearhead sales strategy and execution for both HAR and DFMZ.
This leader will guide a team, aligning sales activities with the companies' ambitious growth targets.
This position is perfect for a business development and relationship-focused leader, experienced in both strategy and execution, capable of driving market adaptation and pioneering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the sales strategy for HS and DFMZ, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, in the US and South-Central America for HS and for DFMZ.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealership networks, and key customers.
    Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback drive continuous improvement.
  • Enhance the sales processes, leveraging technology and data analytics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
    Report on ROI and growth opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions.
    Encourage innovative approaches to sales and marketing, adapting strategies as needed to stay competitive.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and customer-centric company culture.
    Advocate for diversity and respect within the team and broader organization.

Harris-Stolper has a long-standing reputation for quality materials, colors, and unrivaled craftsmanship, particularly in lift truck cabs.
