We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Mail Merge Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. The Mail Merge Specialist will play a crucial role in preparing and executing large-scale mailings using our data management and mail merge tools. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Location: Conveniently located near Jarvis and McPhillips Street Casino, our client's office provides easy access and a great working environment.
Working Hours: 8am to 4pm
Pay rate: $16-18/hr
Start Date: Asap
Term: 4-6 weeks

- Use software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel to merge data files into predefined templates for mailings.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of merged documents by verifying data integrity and formatting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to mail merge processes or data inconsistencies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout the mail merge process.
- Proven experience as a Mail Merge Specialist, Data Entry Specialist, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word and Excel. Experience with mail merge functionalities is a strong advantage.
