Vital to the Admin Team's success, you will provide crucial support and clear direction for daily operations.
Responsibilities include performance management of direct reports, maintaining workload balance to meet customer service and quality benchmarks as you foster a culture of innovation and idea sharing to improve process efficiencies.
You will collaborate closely with the Administration Manager to translate corporate objectives into actionable plans for successful implementation at the team level and to ensure departmental and team requirements are fulfilled.
Additionally, you will support customer-related initiatives and inquiries, as well as provide mentorship to internal and external stakeholders in their respective roles within the team.
This is a permanent, full-time role that is eligible for our hybrid work model.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to embrace a changing environment
- A minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisor or leadership capacity
- Strong, well developed interpersonal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of group benefits administration
- Effective adaptation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple competing priorities
- Demonstrated continuous self-development
- Strong analytic abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Industry Education (CEBS, LOMA, HIAA) is an asset
