Responsabilités
Service à la clientèle (90% de l'emploi);
Coordonner l'approvisionnement des matières premières pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations;
Assurer la gestion de matières premières;
Effectuer le suivi des délais et des livraisons avec les fournisseurs;
Maintenir à jour les données reliées aux items fournisseurs, aux coordonnées des fournisseurs et aux contacts dans le système ERP;
Effectuer le suivi auprès des transporteurs que l'on gère;
Fournir la documentation nécessaire aux superviseurs pour assurer la réception des marchandises;
Participer à la réunion quotidienne de coordination de production;
Participer à la réunion hebdomadaire de production;
Maintenir à jour et assurer le suivi du système de Kanban avec les superviseurs;
Mettre à jour l'inventaire des matières premières;
Faire la facturation quotidienne et l'envoyer aux clients;
Diplôme en administration ou en gestion des opérations ou autre formation pertinente à l'emploi.
2 ans d'expérience en gestion des approvisionnements, un atout.
Expérience avec la gestion de système Kanban, un atout.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Microsoft Office.
Maîtrise de l'anglais (obligatoire).

Responsabilités
