Il prend en considération toutes les étapes du cycle de vie du produit. Il doit être en mesure de communiquer aisément avec les membres de l'équipe. Il doit faire preuve de rigueur et axé son travail sur le rendement et les résultats.

Fonctions principales du poste :
Concevoir les dessins de production d'assemblage et d'installation
Participer aux brainstormings et aux créations d'idées nouvelles
Effectuer une amélioration continue des designs dans le but d'optimiser le coût, facilité l'assemblage et la fabrication des produits;
Préparer les rendus et plans de présentation pour les clients
Participer à la fabrication de maquette et prototype
Respecter les échéances
Avoir de l'autonomie et de l'initiative
À quoi ressemble le succès :
Dans 3 mois : Vous maitrisez l'ensemble des outils et du processus de suivi de commande (Rendu, SolidWorks, Odoo, Pronest, AutoCAD, gant de production et impression logo). Vous comprenez et respectez le processus global de l'entreprise.
Dans 6 mois : Vous maitrisez le produit (chapiteau) et êtes en mesure de proposer des idées d'amélioration concrètes. Vous êtes autonome sur les projets dont vous êtes à charge. Vous participez aux projets spéciaux.
Dans 12 mois : Vous êtes en mesure de cibler les priorités. Vous avez toutes les connaissances techniques (installation et production) pour intervenir et prendre des décisions sur le design du produit. Vous êtes en mesure d'appliquer des principes de la culture Lean (PDCA, 5 « S », résolution de problèmes, 8 gaspillages).
Qualification et expérience de travail :
3 ans d'expérience en dessin et conception dans un domaine industriel ;
DEC ou BAC en design industriel ou équivalent;
Maîtrise des logiciels Solidworks, Autocad, Suite office;
Sens de l'organisation et des priorités;
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement prompt aux changements.
