RAISON D'ÊTRE
Relevant du directeur principal, certification et comptabilité, le chargé de mission est la personne-contact pour le personnel comptable chez le client concernant leurs dossiers (états financiers, déclarations d'impôts corporatives et/ou personnelles et déclarations des taxes).
PRINCIPALES ACTIVITÉS
Être responsable du suivi des dossiers de ses clients au cours de l'année et s'assurer du respect des échéanciers auxquels les clients sont soumis;
Participer à la planification et à l'exécution des mandats de fin d'année de ses clients incluant les états financiers (mission de compilation et d'examen);
Analyser les variations aux états financiers et justifier dans le dossier de fin d'année, le cas échéant;
Produire les déclarations de revenus des particuliers et des sociétés;
Préparer les rapports des taxes de vente pour le client;
Préparer les feuilles de suivis des dividendes;
Assister le responsable du dossier quant aux demandes gouvernementales lors de vérifications (impôts des particuliers, impôts des sociétés et taxes à la consommation);
Apporter une assistance aux techniciens du cabinet et aux personnes responsables de la comptabilité chez le client;
Identifier et recommander des opportunités d'améliorations afin d'augmenter l'efficacité du dossier de fin d'année du client;
Assurer un transfert de connaissance à l'interne lors de participation à de la formation continue dans le domaine;
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe et nécessaire dans le cadre de ses fonctions.
PROFIL D'EXIGENCES
COMPÉTENCES ET HABILETÉS
Être orienté client et avoir une facilité à communiquer avec les gens;
Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois et à établir des priorités;
Avoir une bonne capacité d'adaptation et de gestion du stress;
Avoir un bon esprit d'analyse et d'auto-vérification;
Bien travailler en équipe;
Avoir un sens marqué de l'organisation et le souci du détail;
Être autonome dans son travail.
CONNAISSANCES TECHNIQUES
Maîtriser la Suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook et Word);
Connaître le logiciel Caseware (un atout important);
Maîtriser les logiciels fiscaux Taxprep des particuliers et des sociétés;
Maîtriser le logiciel fiscal Taxprep pour les fiducies (un atout);
Connaître les logiciels comptables usuels tels que Sage 50 ou Acomba (un atout);
Maîtriser parfaitement la langue française tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
Maîtriser la langue anglaise tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (un atout).
SCOLARITÉ
Posséder un baccalauréat en comptabilité et/ou un DESS en comptabilité professionnelle;
Détenir le titre professionnel de CPA (atout).
EXPÉRIENCE DE TRAVAIL
Posséder un minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente reliée au poste (idéalement en cabinet).

Être disponible à effectuer des heures additionnelles à la semaine normale de travail, plus particulièrement dans la période de janvier à avril;
