Date d'entrée en fonction : Le 12 août 2024;
Horaire : 14 heures par semaine, lundi et mardi de 8h30 à 16h30;
Salaire : de 23,82 à 30,82 $ de l'heure, selon les qualifications et l'expérience et en conformité avec la convention collective en vigueur .
TA MISSION
Assurer le soutien technique aux logiciels servant à la gestion de la clientèle scolaire (GPI et Mozaïk) et des autres systèmes informatiques reliés. Effectuer des analyses, des extractions, des exploitations spécifiques et produire des rapports présentant des données et permettant le contrôle de la clientèle déclarée. ton apport au quotidien
Produire les diverses statistiques concernant la clientèle;
Concevoir, adapter et mettre à jour les diverses procédures;
Soutenir le personnel des établissements dans la transmission des données au ministère (codes permanents des élèves, déclaration de la clientèle et des sanctions, etc.);
Offrir le soutien requis concernant les procédures de l'organisation scolaire aux personnes concernées dans ces opérations .
Tes Qualifications
Être titulaire d'un diplôme d'études collégiales en Techniques de l'administration ou dans une technique appropriée à la classe d'emploi;
OU; à défaut;
Être titulaire d'un diplôme d'études collégiales en technique de bureautique combiné à une expérience jugée pertinente pour le poste;
OU;
Être titulaire d'un diplôme d'études collégiales et d'une formation universitaire de minimum 30 crédits jugée pertinente combiné à une expérience en lien avec le poste.
La réussite des tests suivants sera exigée pour confirmer l'obtention du poste :
Français;
Word;
Excel.
Ton profil
Expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l'éducation (un atout);
Capacité à gérer de multiples demandes de façon simultanée et de s'adapter aux nouvelles problématiques rencontrées (débrouillardise, autonomie, rigueur et excellentes relations interpersonnelles);
Connaître le logiciel Jade-Tosca (un atout).
