Raison d'être de l'emploi
Le/la technicien(ne) en après-sinistre est responsable du contrôle des dommages et de la remise en état des lieux et des biens endommagés dans un sinistre. Il doit être tout aussi disponible que flexible, pouvant être appelé après les heures régulières de travail. Le technicien en après-sinistre est l'homme (ou la femme!) de la situation sur le terrain, mettant à exécution le plan de nettoyage et de restauration élaboré par le chargé de projet. Peu importe le type de sinistre, le technicien en après-sinistre est au cœur de l'action de nettoyage et de restauration.

TOP 5 DES RESPONSABILITÉS :1- Protéger les lieux et les biens, tout en assurant un accès sécuritaire aux zones sinistrées;2- Effectuer l'installation des équipements d'extraction de l'eau, des appareils de séchage et des ventilateurs lorsque nécessaire;3- Appliquer le protocole prescrit par le chargé de projets selon le type de sinistre, tout en respectant les normes internes et des assureurs;4- Appliquer les techniques de nettoyage des biens et des meubles selon la nature des biens et le type de dégâts;5- Documenter la progression de l'intervention et le temps de travail.
