Leader dans la plastification sur métaux et les revêtements de peinture, les Enduits Carapace sont actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) chargé(e) de projets/Administration temporaire pour joindre l'équipe dynamique de jour.
Définition de la tâche :
En collaboration avec le propriétaire responsable des ventes, le/la chargé(e) de projets/administratif est responsable de compléter les soumissions des ventes. La personne qui occupe ce poste est responsable de traiter les soumissions jusqu'à la livraison des projets, effectuer de la prospection téléphonique, assurer le service aux clients jusqu'à la livraison finale. Le chargé de projets/administratif est responsable de la facturation des clients.Poste de 40 heures semaine de jour pour une période temporaire débutant le plus tôt possible et ce jusqu'à la fin 2024 avec une possibilité de prolongation.
Fonctions spécifiques :
Effectuer les soumissions de ventes ;
Compléter les demandes de prix ;
Créer les ventes dans le système SAP ;
Faire le suivi avec les clients concernant leurs projets (modification, retard, livraison) ;
Effectuer de la prospection téléphonique (Cold call) ;
Planifier la livraison avec les clients ;
Faire la facturation ;
Effectuer les achats ;
Autres tâches connexes.
Exigences :
Diplômes de niveau collégial (administration, dessin ou autre) ;
Savoir lire et interpréter des plans de fabrication ;
Connaissance de base avec des logiciels de dessins ;
Connaissance de base en comptabilité ;
Avoir à cœur le client. Excellente communication;Gestion efficace des tâches;Curieux(euse) et intègre.
