RESPONSABILITÉ DU POSTE
Sous la responsabilité du surintendant, le titulaire du poste doit :
Avec l'aide de l'outil informatique tel que SAP :
Gérer tous les aspects de l'entreposage, y compris ; réconciliation d'inventaire, entrées de marchandises, mouvements de matériel (GI, GR), comptage de cycle, gestion de la qualité et contrôle des stocks;
Gérer le processus de réapprovisionnement des stocks, MRP avec le processus de planification de commande;
S'assurer que tous les KPI (ICP Indicateur Clé Performance) du magasin sont respectés pour soutenir le fonctionnement efficace des opérations, y compris la préparation et la distribution de rapports d'entreposage pour démontrer la performance;
Création de demande d'achat;
Gestion d'inventaire-décompte cyclique;
Modification des BOM, min/max.
Mettre en œuvre et gérer les stratégies, politiques et procédures d'entreposage conformément aux procédures internes;
Stimuler les améliorations et les résultats dans l'efficacité opérationnelle et les stratégies d'amélioration des stocks;
Supervision du personnel;
Remettre en question en permanence les processus d'entrepôt et effectuer des améliorations;
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec d'autres départements (maintenance, production, finances) pour soutenir efficacement les opérations;
Assurer l'implantation et le respect du processus de remise à neuf;
Planifier / et organiser le reconditionnement des pièces remise à neuf;
Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Responsabilités en matière de santé et sécurité au travail
Assurer sa sécurité, celle de ses collègues et celle du public;
Porter les ÉPI obligatoires;
Assurer la conformité à la SST en vertu de la législation pertinente et des exigences de l'entreprise;
Signaler un équipement potentiellement dangereux et/ou toute situation à risque.
Responsabilités en matière d'environnement et de qualité (généralités)
Adopter un comportement respectueux de l'environnement; participer au programme de recyclage du bureau administratif et respecter les procédures, lois et règlements en vigueur lorsque applicable.
FORMATION ACADÉMIQUE / EXPÉRIENCE DE TRAVAIL
Diplôme collégial ou universitaire dans une discipline technique de préférence;
Certification en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement est un atout.
EXIGENCE À L'EMBAUCHE
3 ans d'expérience en gestion d'entrepôt avec un accent sur l'approvisionnement;
Cinq à dix ans d'expérience dans un environnement manufacturier syndiqués (production ou maintenance);
Connaissance de la planification de la maintenance;
Expérience SAP ou ERP équivalente souhaitée;
Expérience technique en mécanique lourde et industriel;
Capacité de leadership pour diriger des subordonnés directs ainsi que des équipes interfonctionnelles.

Solides compétences interpersonnelles, y compris la capacité de travailler dans une équipe interfonctionnelle;

Connaissance de l'entretien de l'usine, de l'équipement, des routines et des processus d'approvisionnement;
Connaissance de MAC et des meilleures pratiques pour le stockage des pièces de rechange;
Connaissance des exigences environnementales pour le stockage, les déchets universels/déchets dangereux, etc.;
Opérations d'entrepôt/d'inventaire;
Être disposé à suivre la formation standard en SST selon le poste occupé.
