Ton horaire sera sur 3 jours (vendredi, samedi et dimanche), ce qui te laisse 4 jours de congé par semaine;
Tu auras un horaire de 36h et tu seras tout de même payé 40h
Tu auras une prime de 2$ de l'heure et ta pause repas sera payée;
Tu auras accès à un plan d'assurances collectives avantageux et complet (vie, invalidité, médicaments, soin de la vue, voyage, etc);
Tu auras un compte de gestion de santé (250$) que tu pourras utiliser entre autres pour le dentiste;
Le jour de ton anniversaire, tu auras droit à une journée payé;
Tu auras 12 congés fériés par année;
Tes lunettes et lentilles seront remboursées par l'entreprise pour un maximum de 200$;
Tu recevras une prime de référence de 500$ si tu nous réfère un employé;
Tu pourras profiter d'activités sociales (BBQ d'été, fête d'Halloween, activité de Pâques et party de Noël) entièrement payées par l'entreprise;
Tu recevras un t-shirt à l'effigie de l'entreprise et ce dès l'embauche;
Tu auras une progression salariale annuelle.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:
Opérer la machine-outil à commande numérique pour le machinage des panneaux de bois dédiés à la fabrication de cabinets;
Valider la conformité des pièces machinées à l'aide d'instruments de mesure spécialisés;
Alimenter la machine-outil en panneaux de bois;
Ajuster et faire l'entretien préventif de la machine;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
Avoir des bases en informatique sur les machines-outils à commande numérique;
Être autonome, débrouillard, polyvalent et observateur;
Être en mesure de bien écrire et lire les chiffres et les lettres.
