AEL, a division of Emcon Services Inc., is looking for Labourers for South Vancouver Island area, BC (SA01). This position is full-time - varying as operationally required.
Required qualifications include:
- Physically fit and capable of performing outside job requirements
- Valid Class 5 B.C. Driver's License & positive driving record
- Helpful, friendly and courteous with the public.
This position is part of a team that is responsible in maintaining the rest areas and roadside litter collection throughout provincial highways Victoria to Duncan. Duties include a variety of tasks while assisting work crews with construction and maintenance work, including but not limited to, cleaning, operating utility vehicles, pick-up trucks, power washers, sidewalk snow clearing, washing equipment, litter removal, and performing other similar duties as assigned.
Wages and flexible benefit package as per the CLAC Collective Agreement. Wages starting at $18.48 per hour.
