Nous sommes actuellement à la recheche d'un Ingénieur mécanique usine fly-in fly-out 14/14.Sous la responsabilité du Surintendant Services technique mécanique, l'ingénieur mécanique a pour mandat de réaliser des projets, mettre en place des processus et des méthodes de travail visant l'amélioration de la performance des équipements. Celui-ci instaurera les bonnes pratiques de l'ingénierie ainsi que l'application des normes en vigueur.Responsabilités spécifiques :
Réaliser des projets de modification et d'amélioration;
Collaborer avec des fournisseurs d'ingénierie et différents experts dans la réalisation des projets et résolutions de problèmes;
Produire les demandes en capital pour l'acquisition de nouveaux équipements;
Préparer des devis détaillés avec les demandeurs avant de transférer aux acheteurs et évaluer plus d'une option en utilisant une grille de critères qui permet les comparaisons;
Réaliser des projets d'amélioration à la suite des audits de maintenance et des besoins de la production;
S'assurer d'être à l'affût des technologies permettant ainsi à l'organisation de suivre les nouvelles tendances technologiques;
Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de projet en impartition, selon les besoins;
Suivre l'état des actifs et participer aux stratégies de maintien et d'amélioration de ceux-ci;
Collaborer étroitement avec les différents départements (entretien, opérations, SST, achats, etc.);
Mettre en place des procédures de standards de travail avec les employés, afin d'assurer une qualité et répétitivité lors des interventions de maintenance;
Participer au maintien et à l'application des programmes légaux;
Supporter les travaux de remise à neuf, que ce soit en fonction du OEM ou à la suite d'un incident majeur survenu sur un équipement (bris majeur lors de l'opération).
Qualifications et compétences requises :
BAC en génie mécanique ou toute autre formation en lien avec le poste ;
Membre de l'Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec ;
Expérience pertinente de cinq (5) années en tant qu'ingénieur mécanique ;
Expérience dans le domaine minier (un atout) ou dans un domaine connexe ;
Orienté vers les résultats et l'amélioration d'usine ;
Maîtrise des méthodes statistiques et de processus ;
Maîtrise des normes en vigueur ;
Connaissance de la GMAO (gestion de maintenance assistée par ordinateur), un aout ;
Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Office, PI vision, etc.) ;
Analyse sécuritaire des travaux ;
Travail en équipe ;
Permis de conduire valide.
