Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time Seasonal Door Greeter.
Our work environment pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contribution and importance.
Hourly Wage: $25.00 - $26.50
What you will do
Greet guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo by opening the hotel door and welcoming them to the hotel.
Act as an ambassador by professionally representing the Four Seasons brand.
Escort guest to reception and introduce him/her by name to the receptionist.
Providing guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.
Greet all guests passing through the Front Door and offer them assistance.
What you bring:
Previous hotel experience preferred but not required.
Fluent English (written, spoken and reading).
Strong commitment to service.
Positive Attitude.
Must hold valid work authorization for Canada.

Schedule and hours:
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Service Staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
