Objectifs principaux
Assister efficacement le gérant et le gérant adjoint afin d'atteindre les objectifs de la compagnie en ce qui concerne les ventes, les heures et la rentabilité, selon les politiques de la compagnie. Assurer que l'image et les standards du service à la clientèle soient conformes aux politiques de la compagnie.
Responsabilités
Dois respecter les horaires de travail tels qu'affichés
Rapidité et exactitude d'exécution des divers travaux :
Démarques à faire selon les dates limites établies par le siège social
Étiquettes rouges et onglets à placer selon les dates limites établies par le siège social
Affichage à placer selon les promotions en cours et selon les directives du siège social
Dois garder une bonne atmosphère d'esprit d'équipe
Dois faire la réception, déballage et placement de la marchandise aux endroits appropriés
Toutes autres tâches tels que demandé par le/la gérant(e)
Exigences
Aime travailler avec le public
Beaucoup d'entregent
Secondaire complété avec succès
Expérience antérieure dans l'environnement du détail serait un atout
