The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Vice President of Product Design & User Experience to join our client's product leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this strategic and functional leadership role requires a visionary leader skilled in launching, scaling, and refining customer-centric products. While leading a 12+ person design team, this role will play a critical role in shaping the future of design for our client and assist the broader multi-year business plan of making their product more efficient for users globally.

The successful candidate will have a passion for simple user-experiences and provide focused leadership to drive our product portfolio's success. This individual will lead with an operational and strategic mindset, effectively balancing high-level vision with detailed execution to champion our commitment to creating loved user experiences.

The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:

Experience and a track record managing teams of 10+ design professionals, including Managers
15+ years of experience in product design leadership and B2B SaaS
Technical product design background, building enterprise-focused products at a platform level
Strong understanding of modern design principles, simple user experience, and act as a thought leader in the design field
Ability to showcase a long-standing history of building, coaching, and leading high-performance design team
Bonus:
portfolio examples and/or some work samples
