Effectue la facturation et les tâches connexes aux comptes recevables;
Ouvre les projets dans le système comptable;
Comptabilise les factures;
Effectue les suivis requis de l'avancement des projets et des quittances;
Perçoit les comptes, en collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe;
Produit des rapports et des documents;
Effectue le classement;
À la demande de son supérieur, effectue toute autres tâches administratives.
Formation collégiale ou professionnelle en comptabilité, administration ou finances, ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience;
0 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire;
Bonne maîtrise de la suite Office et bonnes habiletés générales en administration;
Excellent sens de l'organisation et rigueur;
Dynamisme et débrouillardise;
Grand intérêt à travailler en équipe, dans le but d'atteindre un objectif commun.
