Crisis Management Support:
As a primary responder, you collaborate closely with the Director of Crisis Management to address and resolve crisis events promptly.
This includes documenting incidents, issuing initial alerts, and coordinating crisis communication efforts.
Crisis Network Development:
You play a pivotal role in establishing, operating, and enhancing the central crisis response framework and the broader Crisis Management network.
Training Program Development:
You are tasked with designing and implementing a comprehensive global Crisis Management Training program, as well as organizing Crisis Awareness events, where you also serve as a facilitator with Global leaders and the BDF board.
Program Analysis and Optimization:
You undertake project or partial management roles to analyze and refine the Crisis program.
Your responsibilities include identifying improvement opportunities and proposing actionable solutions to the Director of Crisis Management.
Project Leadership:
You conceptualize, lead, and manage or supervise projects on both a global and local scale, ensuring seamless end-to-end project management for large-scale initiatives.
• A university degree complemented by initial professional experience, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry or Supply Chain function.
• Expertise in training design and familiarity with learning methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage and execute projects related to supply chain functions, notably in crisis management training roll-outs.
• Agility in navigating high-pressure environments and a keen interest in managing company crisis events.
• Independence in task execution with minimal oversight.
• A proactive, self-driven, and motivated approach to work.
• Outstanding communication skills, coupled with robust facilitation capabilities.
• Experience in an international setting, valuing cultural diversity.
• Competence in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in an additional language being advantageous.
