BRP, leader mondial des produits récréatifs, recherche un coordonnateur au transport pour son bureau de Sherbrooke. Ce rôle polyvalent est un soutien important au niveau des opérations, des projets et des analyses de l'équipe de transports - pièces, accessoires et vêtements chez BRP. Ce poste est un remplacement de congé de maternité pour une durée de 10 mois.

Responsabilités
Relevant du chef d'équipe aux transports, les principales responsabilités du coordonnateur au transport seront les suivantes :
Contacter les transporteurs, programmer des ramassages de marchandise et effectuer le suivi des expéditions
Cartographier des processus de projets et transmettre des informations
Analyser la performance des transporteurs et réaliser des analyses ponctuelles en fonction des besoins de l'équipe
Valider le coût de transports
Aider à la gestion des comptes clients
Répondre aux questions des clients
Profil
Nous recherchons une personne dont le profil est le suivant pour devenir coordonnateur au transport :
Compétences et expériences professionnelles :
Détenir un diplôme universitaire en administration
Avoir de l'expérience en suivi de projet, en analyse de données ou en coordination
Être bilingue français/anglais
Maîtriser Excel et PowerPoint
Maîtriser Power BI (un atout)
Détenir de l'expérience dans le milieu du transport, des échanges commerciaux internationaux ou de la logistique Canada/États-Unis (un atout)
Qualités humaines :
Être curieux
Avoir de l'autonomie et de la débrouillardise
Être polyvalent
