Responsabilités du poste Relevant du Chef de service Approvisionnement, en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur Chaine Approvisionnement, le(la) stagiaire en « Approvisionnement-Automatisation de processus » participe aux activités d'améliorations du secteur des Achats, via la création d'outils de contrôle de performance via les plateformes Excel et PowerBI. Il(elle) élabore des indicateurs de performances automatisés (Tableaux de bord) afin d'aider l'équipe Achats, ainsi que ses clients internes et ses fournisseurs, à avoir une meilleure visibilité stratégique et opérationnelle.
TÂCHES
• Développe/ Améliore des indicateurs de performances plus simples, avec un tableau de bord aux achats, aidant l'équipe pour la prise de décisions.
• Valide les besoins d'automatisation des différents indicateurs de performances reliés au dept Achats, auprès des chefs Achats et du Directeur,
• Approche les différents propriétaires des bases de données pour y avoir accès.
• Cartographie simplement le cheminement et le traitement des données accessibles
• Extrait les données a partir de différentes plateformes et systèmes de gestion
• Compile et formate ces données de différents systèmes afin de rendre ces données utilisables
• Rend visuel les différents indicateurs de performance (Interne et Externe), via PowerBI, en temps réel, journalier, hebdomadaire ou mensuel
• Aide et forme les différents intervenants impliqués dans ces indicateurs
• Créé une base de fournisseurs Stratégique des commodités « Produits » et « Biens et Services » en fonction de leur expertise;
• Optimisation de cette base afin de d'optimiser celle-ci en fonction des objectifs de l'entreprise : Indicateurs performance, dépenses annuelles, Niveau de risques, etc.
• Mise à jour des paramètres Achats du système ERP « AS400 », s'il y lieu
• Mets en place une base de données (Excel, Sharepoint, autres) de gestion des ententes contractuelles du groupe Achats, avec mécanismes de relance et suivi (workflow)
• Élabore/maintien une matrice de risques stratégiques de fournisseurs, par commodité, en lien avec les visions stratégiques du Directeur Achats et de ses Chefs de services.

Vous êtes dynamique et êtes reconnu pour votre sens de l'organisation et de l'analyse. Vous avez une volonté d'apprendre et de participer au succès d'une équipe dynamique.
Votre implication dans l'équipe est source de motivation et de mobilisation des membres vers des objectifs ambitieux.

QUALIFICATIONS
• En cours de DEC (Informatique ou commerce) ou de Baccalauréat (GOP, administration des affaires)
• Adepte de gestion des données et grande facilité avec la suite Microsoft Office 365, principalement Excel, (Vlookup, Pivot table) et surtout Power BI
• Rapidité d'apprentissage
• Autonome
• Fonceur(se) et dynamique
• Bon communicateur(trice)
