LSA is seeking a full-time Senior Proposal Coordinator to lead proposal efforts and support firm-wide marketing activities.
The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively to prepare winning proposals, statements of qualifications, and lead interview presentations.
You will manage proposal development efforts (lead proposal kick off meetings, develop production schedules, assist technical project managers in developing win themes, draft/edit marketing and technical content, final submittal production and delivery) in close coordination with technical professionals.
The Senior Proposal Coordinator must be able to tailor source material and proposal content to the scope of work/RFP/RFQ requirements with little direction after the kick-off meeting.
This includes the ability to modify past technical material (Approach, Understanding and Scope) from similar submittals to provide a base for technical teams to leverage and fine-tune to the specifics of the client request.
The Senior Coordinator will also be able to assist Technical staff with creating excel or pdf based cost proposal templates.
This is a hybrid position (the right candidate can be based out of any of our offices) and work from home up to 4 days a week.
Fully remote opportunities are negotiable.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $89,000 per year.
The compensation offer will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
